• Souper Bowl of Caring Youth Fund-raiser: February 5, a collection will be taken following both services. This fund-raiser will go towards Watauga Health & Hunger Coalition and the Pastor's Discretionary Fund at Grace.
• Lenten Confirmation/Mentor Kick-Off: February 12 after the 11 a.m. service in our Fellowship Hall. This event is for the Confirmation students, their parents and their mentors. There will be a Potluck lunch and information session in our Fellowship Hall.
• Chili Cook-Off, Silent Auction and Holden Evening Prayer Service: Wednesday, Feb. 15 - Supper & Silent Auction begins at 5:45 p.m. in both our Fellowship Halls. The service will be in our Sanctuary at 6:45 p.m.
• Couples' Valentine Dinner: Friday, February 17, 6:30 p.m. in our Fellowship Hall. This event is hosted by our Sr. High Youth and is a fund-raiser for their upcoming National Youth Gathering trip. Reservations are required as there is limited space. You may sign up on the Youth bulletin board.
• Red Cross Blood Drive: Saturday, February 18, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in our Fellowship Hall
• Ministers of Grace Commissioning: Sunday, February 19, at both services
• Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper: February 21, from 6 to 7 p.m. in our Fellowship Hall. A free-will offering will be collected to benefit our Youth for the 2012 National Youth Gathering.
• Ash Wednesday Services: Wednesday, February 22, at Noon and 7 p.m. in our Sanctuary
• New Parenting Class: Starts Sunday, February 26, in the church Library during the 9:45 a.m. Sunday School hour
• LSA, Youth & Children's Ski Night: Sign up prior to this event is required, Sunday, February 26, Van departs church at 3:30 p.m. to meet those driving themselves by 4 p.m. at Appalachian Ski Mtn. Skiing will be from 5 to 9 p.m.
• Lenten Worship: Wednesdays, February 29, March 7, 14, 21, and 28. There will be a light supper at 5:50 p.m. in our Fellowship Hall and Holden Evening Prayer services at 6:45 p.m. in our Sanctuary.
• Palm Sunday: Sunday, April 1, with worship at 8:30 and 11 a.m.
• Maundy Thursday Worship: April 5, time TBD
• Good Friday Service: April 6, time TBD
• Easter Sunday: April 8, Worship services at 8:30 and 11 a.m.
